Good work. I also use these kinds lf planters to grow vegetables like u do. Its a great use of a space otherwise only used during great weather.
Thank you, I was actually recently contemplating Muehlenbeckia which I know will go in a shady balcony, which mine is. I may put them in my hanging bird cages as well.
Also I didn't know that the lighter Heucheras are best for shade, so thank you for sharing the tip.
On the Carex, these I have avoided the golden ones as they tend to look 'dead'.

Beautiful! I love the use of the Houttunyia in the planters, I don’t recommend using them in a garden, they are incredibly invasive. (Here in the USA) and aren’t even sold here anymore. They are a beautiful plant though.

Wonderful composition!! I like the muehlembeckia very much and the peppers fruits give really a very surprising and nice accent!!! The carex looks also very pretty.❤❤
