    I love watching these videos, it's very reminiscent of helping my grandma switch out vegetables in the spring/summer/fall in her garden 🥰 i know you throw recipes into vlogs pretty often, but i would love to see a compilation video of maybe all the recipes you make in a week with your vegetables! you have pretty big harvests, i think it would be really cool to see how you use all of it!

    You can make tomato sauce and freeze it in small portions to use through the winter!

    Make a hot sauce and or “seasoning cubes” with your chili’s. Always good to have condiments on hand

    I'm not a fan of green bell peppers either my recommendation is to use them as the bell peppers for any type of stuffed pepper recipe that's what I do I like doing a tasty seasoned ground turkey with cheese, onions, tomato and then I'll stuff that into a green bell pepper and bake it in the oven with a slice of cheese on top. It's super handy when the grocery store doesnt have anything except green bell peppers. Its not the star of the meal which is what i like but i can use it as a cup to contain the actual star ingredients.

    If you roast the tomatoes before stewing them the flavor gets so intense and delicious. That goes for almost all veggies. Also the peel nicely after roasting. Thanks for inspiring me!

    Please share your dressings 🙏🏾 , I've been trying to leave store-bought behind, but I have yet to find good (and easy) recipes. Love love your vlogs and your garden! My fave veggie is spinach 🥬
