Off topic, but the Goji berry cuttings I purchased from you are sprouting new leaves and it has only been 4 days!
I needed advice on this, so thanks for the video. I can’t wait to plant my trees. March is just around the corner!
Awesome! Great video as always! Bandito Dan was great too! Haha!
Hi Dan and Alice! Love your channel ❤️♥️ Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I'm learning a lot from you. I'm starting my own food forest from scratch and your channel has proven very helpful to me.
Blessings to you both🙏🙏🙏
love the intro.
That was super cute. Thanks for the information!!
great info 🙂 New friend Ruthie.. we got lots of fruit trees 🙂
Awesome food forest. Enjoy watching from season to season. I'm in Ventura county and following you on YT and in my own garden. Thanks.
Awesom Bride!
My trees are planted very close together and they do great. You always have great advice to give 😊
Thanks for taking us on a walking tour of the backyard food forest. Hope to see more of these tours over the growing season. A couple plant questions for you – 1) it looks like there are artichokes planted under each fruit tree, is that right? Is there a beneficial relationship between artichokes and fruit trees? – 2) what shrub is that next to/behind the green chair, under the pomegranate tree? Looks like rosemary? – 3) do you have any asparagus or grapevines in the food forest? If so, where are they located? thanks 🙂
Thanks men for video
I have mine currently at 3 mtr (approx 10 ft) apart. 4 rows of 12. Also use 2 in 1 hole method for my figs too.
I dont have a lot of space and I planted 40 fruit trees all about 7-12 feet away from each other, very close to most peoples standards but its just perfect for small homes. I dont get as much fruit per tree [instead of 100 fruits per tree i get about 40] but that is plenty for me and my wife. We are not commercial producers and dont need any more fruit than that anyways
When I am about to plant a tree I have not grown before, I google image search the specific tree and look at several pictures of the tree, to get an idea of the tree structure, and size, so I can better place it in my garden
Is that artichoke or cardoons I see? I'm very interested in both, but I can't tell if that's what you have below the trees.

Yes it works, especially here in Phoenix were I am, it’s encouraged
🙁 woke up this morning and get here are stringy webs all over my peach trees. Do you know what these could be and how to get rid of them organically if they’re harmful? Love your channel. Thanks for your works you share with us!!
I've been pondering for days about how to plant my 2 fig trees and plum tree. Thank you for your philosophy!! No mistakes just lessons to be learned .
Great videos, very informative and fun thank you 🙏🏽
I plant mine close together bc I’m keeping them pruned small. A lot of people are telling me that it’s not going to work. I think it’s going to work.
I have 80 acres so I'm not pressured to squeeze a lot in a small space
Thank you Wonderful couple
Hello Dan and Alice. I love your channel.
This is a wonderful video. I like the idea of looking at trees in nature growing right next to each other and thriving. I learned something important from this video. There are many ways to do things.
