  1. I've been fascinated with your updates, Robbie. You are such a 'Warrior Woman'. So glad to see you two are OK. The aftermath will be interesting!
    Be safe.

  2. Good Monday morning Robbie and Gary, I'm just visiting your VLog. The wind is terrible, we have Terrible winds here in VA when we have storms. Gary has a charming accent. Be safe 💘's 🙏🙏

  3. We have experienced these in the South, your feeders and other things hanging would be blown to the street if that were here. Winds always come first and worsen as the storm moves through.
Please go inside soon. You could be struck by objects

  4. 7:36 those alerts- I wonder how they work as well. When our neighborhood experienced a tornado, we all got the alert AFTER the fact- after the tree limb went through my roof- through the attic- (finally stopping) through a closet ceiling

  5. Thank you for the update 😊. Stay in the house and get out of those wet clothes and get warm 😊. Live in Missouri, saw the black sky, tornado was the first thing I thought of. Keep safe ❤

  6. Glad things are basically OK for you two there. Looks like you did a good job at getting things taken down. Be thankful Hilary wasn't the Cat 4 she was earlier. Your winds would have been around 130 mph with much higher gusts. My B-I-L lives in Moorpark (NW of LA), and he also felt the earthquake. Yes, Reid Timmer is one of the best storm chasers – check him out. Really appreciate you keeping in touch with all of us to let us know you're safe.

  7. This is basically the same info you get from the one reporter they stick out there in the middle of the storm. "So yeah as you see the wind is really bad and things are flying everywhere and its wet." Lol weather news in a nutshell. Stay safe ya'll.

  8. Please be safe, thanks to last phone service I've had to chg email, FB, YouTube.
And so glad to find you again❤

  9. I’m a Hurricane Andrew Survivor, along with some others.
It’s really not cool to venture out.
Hoping you and Gary are ok.
    Praying for all.

  10. sorry I couldn’t be part of the live chat last night- I need closed captions to be a part- otherwise I don’t know what’s being said.🙏👍🌻

  11. I missed the live ,as a live, but watched it late last night on the replay. Just checking in this morning praying it all went ok. Really worried about flooding and such. All that dirt thank God alot of mulch was spread around your property many years ago. Im Sure that will help some. And u got that great retaining wall. Cant wait for a update vid when u guys get a chance!❤🥰

  12. Brave storm-watch right out your front or back door ! My sister lives in Cypress and felt the earthquake and this storm is scary for us all … I am safe in dry Manteca though I wish it would rain. The wind there looks scary ! This is a rare weather event ! Thankfully the storm has passed your area by now and was down-graded to a tropical storm before hitting land. I wonder where all the sweet tweets are hiding ?? You are cute in your hard-hat…yesterday I was thinking about you and am happy that you braved-the storm to share information. I love the way that you care for the bird-life in your area…if everybody would the world would be a better place. At least your plants are getting watered ! I am glad it was not as awful as it could have been, though scary for sure. Goldfinches do love to peck the leaves of plants, especially the Sunflowers which they can eat the seeds from too. Nice growing grass seed for the finches, lovely. Bad zucchini year as they all got a bumpy – distorting disease. Baby formula is very expensive !, especially to use on the garden. Some people swear that milk is an essential fertilizer for the garden. Thanks for your awesome video.

  13. Hi Robbie & Gary, I'd like to introduce my self, I'm Jerie. I'm in Washington state and, I watch many of your videos, please be safe in that tropical storm.

  14. God bless you ! Let us know you are ok please ! Crazy weather! So worried about all of you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️‍🩹 please keep us informed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😇💕💕💕

  15. I am not trying to over react but I’m concerned that all is not well with Robbie and Gary. Does anyone have an update they can share with everyone?

  16. I'm guessing that Robbie and Gary lost power and cell service, other wise she would of done a video by now! Praying y'all are safe!

  17. you havent posted today. I am worried for you and your hummers. Please be ok. Please let us know as soon as you can. Take care. You are precious to many of us.

  18. We had rain in Fallbrook, which is north county San Diego.
I have a question about hummers, I have a couple of hummers that guard my 3 feeders. Will the guarders eventually let other hummers come and eat?

  19. Robbie I'm three hours ahead of you. Fell asleep listening to you. Lol so I'm watching now. 😊

  20. Hurricanes cause alot of anxiety for me . i stay up all night when they come on in at night. some peeps have hurricane parties…but i prefer not to drink 🍷 because i need to be able deal with handle any issues that may occur . Ugg 😊lol
