    Yes. UV protection, and temperature control. Everyone who must live on, or be certain of their crops, should do this, and grow in tunnels as well if you can do so, because pests will notice as well how healthy the plants are in comparison to those unprotected. NOW you are being smart. Very very good.

    To get that fabric to last long, you must hem the edges, fold over to finger widths twice, and sew with the same line you used to hang it over, this will make the sheet of fabric last far longer.

    😎👍👍👍Nice Idea, But when the winds get strong That tarp will become a giant sail. Fix diagonal support lines to a very deep STEEL stake behind every pole, that you can tension individually. That will hold for all but the worst storms. Good Luck. ❤❤❤

    日除けの為にシートを張ったのですね。🤗
    柱を建ててワイヤーを張り
    ましたが、雨が降ると水分を 含みシートが重く成ります。出来れば真ん中の所にも、何本か柱を建てて、シートを支えた方が良いと思います。🤗

    You should build a new bridge over that stream so that you don't have to go through the water! Then it would be easier for you and it would give you something new to build. But you are definitely doing a good job love watching you build and take care of your farm!
