Top 5 Garden Tips – Hurricane Hilary Edition

Hurricane Hilary is on her way, so it’s time to prep!

According to recently history, Hurricanes typically slow down to a tropical storm by the time it reaches Southern California.

Here are my tips:
1. Harvest Everything: you will lose crop in a storm, so grab it all
2. Prune anything that is broken, diseased, extra, or you can’t support it
3. Support and tie EVERYTHING down to something sturdy
4. Prepare all buckets and barrels to catch that precious rain!
5. Feed the plants, the rain will help bring the nutrients down for the plants to unlock and get a boost.

Share this with a friend to help them protect their garden too!!

Good Luck!
