#tbt a lovely Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum (formerly known as Philodendron selloum and I will probably still call it that). This specimen is at least 20 years old according to my mechanic, who I’ve been visiting for the past 10 years and watching this plant grow.

When you know a plant has grown in a place for a long-ish time (say, more than 2-3 years), pay close attention to the ENVIRONMENT where it lives – specifically LIGHT (and with more details than just sun or no sun): here we have a tinted window 12-15 feet tall and maybe 25 feet across facing East. Size of the window matters far more than just knowing the direction.
