  1. I'm new to your channel. I'm in the mountains of Honduras. I'm going to try this. I have a bag of mixed sprout seeds. Not sure what comes in them. Can I grow them all together? I don't have access to those lids nor cheese cloth as most people here don't know what cheese cloth is. Any ideas for alternatives?.

  2. The seeds. I take a tablespoon of seeds with lemon juice, cinnamon, and water in the morning. The seeds swell in my stomach and keep me from feeling hungry.

  3. For the very first time, I just finished sprouting mung beans. However, I’ve been scared off from doing so again after reading about the dangers of eating them raw 😱 Does anyone know if blanching them in boiling water can make them safer to eat? How long do you blanch them for? Has anyone reading this here ever had any problems? The FDA put sprouts on the top 10 list of items that can cause Illness from Ecoli and Samonella 😞

  4. Have you ever done sprouts in a tray? If so how do you like that method compared to using a jar ? Why do u choose 1 method over the other? Also just curiuos as to why they must be rinsed several times a day?
Thanks for the help and info

  5. I germinated some broccoli seeds in a closed jar and OMG after just a day of not opening it (about 3-4 days after they sprouted) it smelled SO STRONG like Brussels sprouts/semi-rotting broccoli. Definitely waited too long but planted the seeds outside since they were too gone to eat and now they’re growing still lol.

  6. How do they not go bad? After like just a few days after I sprout seeds in a jar the bottom of the tiny root stem starts to wilt (even keeping them plenty moist) and the little leaves start to yellow (I assume from not enough sunlight).

I’m definitely gonna get some of these lids and try this exact method because my favorite part of growing is the germination and sprouting part!

  7. I have now taken on pea shoots. Gosh, they grow so much! Already do mung beans and alfafa sprouts as well as sprouting seeds and beans then dehydrating them to remove the lectin.

  8. I’m trying broccoli for the second time. Hopefully I listen to you and it will work. Thank you.

  9. Why do all these experts make food in kitchens that look like no one have ever cooked in them? Pineapple next to the stove. Ya that's totally normal.
