Weeding is another never ending story no matter how or where you are gardening. I saw and will try it after it stops raining – to pour boiling water on the difficult weeds. That's supposed to kill them and make them easier to pull out. Of course, that's if you have a group of them and they're not near the plants you're intentionally growing.
