    I started watching the live last night, but the connection in our area gets wonky some times. I've been thinking about trying Keto. I have lost 35 lbs. on Optavia but it gets so expensive. I hate dieting! 🤣

    Will all the the recipes in your cookbook be yours, or anyone you've found on line? Is that legal to take credit for someone else's creation? Too much meat for this gal…. I eat none! I've lost 71 pounds since September. Worked 36 years, a RN in Surgery….. the best job.

    I'm sorry I missed the live .I started it on a road trip and I got a phone call but I am seriously thinking of trying bone broth. sounds like a very good diet and very little extra food dieting. Helps the GI tract, etc.
    My sister has lost about thirty pounds with in six weeks all My sister has lost about 30 pounds with in 6 weeks. All she did was cuddle bread. She did was cut out bread and start supplements. She started with L eaten…Steven Harvey endorses
    She said it was so easy.

    Please pray for me and my family!! My husband hurts in his back and other places all the time, my daughter has been sick and cant seem to get over it and i have to go to the gastrologist monday to be checked of a problem im having. PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR US!!!! I also want to be better light to my family to get them back in church with me how it use to be.
