Bird Bath! Getting relief in drought and searing heat!
Such a beautiful site to see the birds getting a bath and being able to get a drink and Pick at maybe some of the bugs in the ground after watering this morning.
I keep water out for the birds, deer, rabbits, etc… all year. Every morning the smaller tub is always empty. I fill it back up all through the day and before I go to bed. My hummingbird feeder has been taken over by bees! Poor little hummingbird came this morning and wouldn’t go to it. 😢

That’s so loving….I do the same bc I love animals and do worry about them in the heat. I always have fresh water out in my birdbath too for them. It’s fun to watch them….
Wow, I think you need a few more bird baths. I have one too. There are a lot of doves and woodpeckers in the oak grove where I live. They use the bird bath a lot. Poor things! I have to keep the horse water trough filled up or the squirrels fall in and can't get out.
you might see a shower later today. Here in Longview I'm watering the yard 5 days a week at 45 minutes per zone. Also keeping 2 birdbaths full. Birds are abundant so they appreciate it.
Awwww ….. I have been wanting to get a birdbath for awhile now, but we'd have to get the heavy concrete or metal ones because we have a lot of terrible wind during storms and anything less than concrete or heavy metal will get blown over in a heartbeat. Plus they are expensive, at least for us they are. And we have a lot of cats who have adopted us. I'd love to get one that can hang from our tree. That would be great! Glad your birds are enjoying their bath!

What a beautiful way to start off the day. They know where to come for relief. Bless you for having it available for them
What a beautiful sight! 😃thanks for sharing it with us! ❤❤
Providing water here in East Texas no relief in sight
Don't forget your pollinators appreciate it too!
Cool! Love watching the birds come down to mine,
Ya don't want them to use the pool.. lol
That's a lot of thirsty birds.
Now if someone could figure out how to can the heat n use it during the next grid down cold spell
The birds are certainly confirming the sweltering heat.
Thanks!

Good morning. This afternoon is peach salsa time. Our trees had bumper crops this year and we have broken branches.

Awww, that does my heart good thanks for the share Jill.💗
We fill our every morning.
I thought about a birdbath, but wouldn't want it close to my fruit tree.
our birds love our bird bath and are even using water that sits on top of upside down buckets.
I bet your pool water is about boiling. I know my son's in ground pool water is like taking a bath.
