Seriously #nofilter required… I love a Salvia of any description, they are a horticultural weakness of mine but it’s taken me a while to come round to Salvia ‘Amistad’ – even though I’ve grown it for years I’ve really only loved it this year. It’s always been invaluable for adding height, depth of colour & contrast to a border but up to now I’ve always found it a bit sinister. Maybe it’s the hot weather that has settled it in its place and made it shine, or maybe I’m slowly growing up… I’ll be coming round to Stilton next no doubt #salvia #gardendesign #loveplants #plantsofinstagram
