Join Fy Nyth on social media – mewe.com/i/fynyth ! If you are new to my channel and Fy Nyth (Welsh for “My Nest”) in general, welcome! I’m Ariel. Along with my husband Clay, our dogs, cats, bees, and some poultry, we live in a tiny house on wheels in the mountains of western Wyoming and are working on setting into our own new little homestead. I’ve been living this lifestyle since 2014 and my wonderful partner has joined me more recently. What will you find if you follow the channel and watch the videos?

Real life here. I try to show the good and the bad. The ups and the downs. What works, and what doesn’t. The parts I love (most of it!), and the things that suck. Not just the showroom version of a tiny house, but everyday life in a tiny house. Not just the romantic idea of “homesteading” or off grid life, but the everyday details of this lifestyle. We split wood for heat, fill the water tank from a gravity fed spring, and attempt to grow as much of our own food as possible between the weather and wildlife here. I hope to help others learn from mistakes and make life just a little easier for anyone else interested in pursuing a similar lifestyle.

We live in a somewhat harsh and cold climate, but enjoy the stunning scenery and wildlife that we are surrounded by on a daily basis. You’ll also see videos of the nature and wildlife around my home. If you are interested in my photography or purchasing a photo, I’d love if you follow that over at https://mewe.com/join/arielcelestephotography  or ArielCelestePhotography.zenfolio.com!

  3. Such sweet news! Congratulations, Clay, on your retirement! May you and Ariel enjoy it to the fullest! I look forward to seeing you both in future videos.

  4. You always amaze me with your abundant gardens 💕
    70 chickies , great !
Do you sell them now ?

  5. That is so exciting that Clay is now home with you. How challenging that must have been to be apart most of the time. It must be just really nice to pick peas and eat strawberries together! I can hardly believe!) how hot it has become there, but of course where I am it is the same with the climate changing drastically. Now we have thunderstorm and tornado warnings every week, and I've never had to worry about tornadoes before. We are certainly poor caretakers of the planet (and of course I don't mean you folks, but "we" as economically-driven societies). I know what you mean about weeds – I injured my back from overdoing gardening and wood splitting, and haven't been able to do much weeding, so I too am pulling peas off vines that are interspersed with weeds. Oh well, there's always next year! Enjoy each other. I hope you do take some time off and go fishing and have some relaxing time together. Fingers crossed for Burley!

  6. Great to see that you're still doing YT videos when you can! And so glad to see that you and Clay are thriving!! 💖😊 And I'm sooo sorry to hear about your sweet dog Burley, sending love and good thoughts his way 🙏 I lost track of your content when you took the big break from YT a few years ago, but I do so love watching your videos here 💜 I hate the heat, too! Seems to be getting worse everywhere.

  7. Your peas look fantastic! My peas looked like they were mauled by a groundhog …. which they were. I just sowed some new seeds (snow peas), but not sure if they have enough time to amount to much, here in central PA. Me and the sun have a love/hate relationship as well. It is what it is🌞When you add altitude, and fishing on a lake …. that's a recipe for getting fried! Hoping that BurleyBob🐕gets a good diagnosis/prognosis 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻All the best to you and Clay as you move forward. Congrats to Clay on his retirement. Now you guys can focus on the things that got put on the back burner …. take care you two.😊👍🏻

  8. You finally said “married!” I suspected but am not sure you said that you were married (maybe I missed it somewhere), but that’s exciting news to officially here. 🎉 ❤

  9. Your garden looks very productive this year. I'm so happy for Clay to be home with you and do other things that he loves to do. I hope Burley's x-ray has good news. You and Clay are a wonderful couple. Enjoy whatever time you have together.

  10. Congratulations on your retirement, Clay! Glad you all can spend much more time together now.

  13. It’s been super hot here in Nevada as well. I’ve lost some plants to the scorching heat. Your backdrop to your property is gorgeous!
