This is the Garden Tower 2 from the Garden Tower Project and it holds up to 50 plants at a time!
I started with lots of leafy greens and herbs and since this video have added edible amaranth, celosia flowers, strawberries and flowering herbs for tea and the pollinators!
Adding food scraps to the center has greatly improved the health of the plants and they are thriving in 100+ degree temps here in Texas which is a testament to how much the design of this tower supports the plants.
