You can sow seeds for CORN and BEANS in 72 cell seed trays. Sometimes its too cold or rainy outside, or the critters like to dig up and eat the seeds. Well, you can successfully sow seeds indoors or on a porch so they are protected. I also get fantastic germination when I do this. I’m sowing seeds for corn and beans right now in July through August. They are ready to be transplanted at the 3 week mark.

This is the only way I can grow corn reliably. If I plant them directly the birds or bugs will eat most of the seedlings.
