They told us all white everything was more ‘sophisticated’
They told us people didn’t care about plants
They told us that our vibe was too ‘loud’ ‘garish’ and ‘busy’
They told us pattern was passé
They told us that our style was too ‘niche’
But we kept on doing our thing! 💁🏽♀️
And we kept being colorful 🌈
And we kept on loving our planties 🌿
And we kept on being loud 🗣
And we kept on painting patterns 🎨
And we kept on loving what we love!
And staying true to ourselves…
And it has served us well!
