  1. Ha Ha! I thought it looked too dry and dusty at the start of the video, it soon changed to rain and deep mud, you deserve a medal for working in those conditions, the stone wall looks very nice, and that Clover is going to fix a lot of nitrogen in the soil, what a huge transformation in such a short time, if more people did this in towns there would soon be a highway for wildlife right across the country. Stay safe ! Chris B.

  2. That pond is amazing I love how there is a place to sit and also is a slope for amphibians

  3. Hi Joel thank you for sharing this with us. Could I just ask, is that an MOT like sub base you've used for the wildflower meadow grass?

  4. I'm loving your videos Joel. Iam just starting out as a career change to gardening and with my environmental biology and forest school leader bsckground, id like to specialise on wildlife gardens if i can. Do you have a specialist supplier for native wildlife friendly plants that you can recommend.

  5. Awesome project!! Loved seeing the hard work and the 6week update was so great to see the progress!! Keep up these videos!! Love it!!

  6. Amazing transformation a lot of hard work by all professionals, but looks very natural in the end 😂 great workmanship and expertise

  7. I don’t think I saw you using a pond liner? If you didn’t what did you use? I really want to not use plastic, I made one pond last year (with a liner) and it’s full of wildlife now and I want to eventually add a larger one but I really hate using plastic, any advice for what to do?

  8. I've just turned my council flat front garden into a wild flower border meadow also animones 🌻 sunflowers its the year of the bee.

  9. Thank you for posting this vid. Best thing I ever did for my garden was build a wildlife pond as per your specs Joel. Never seen so much wildlife here. Even my fruit and veg don’t have the damage caused by insects like they used to do.

  10. I love the work you do. I only worry that we forget the larger wildlife that also need access to our gardens such as hedgehogs, foxes, deers etc. We ned a much larger holistic perspective if we want to protect our native wildlife

  11. Proof quality looks best from day one and every day after. Worth the effort to use long lasting materials.
