I Designed a Cosy Tiny House for This Empty Plot

DESIGN TOOLS: http://www.gemmawheeler.co/shop.html

I designed this house for a plot I found for sale. It’s currently being sold as amenity land so may not get planning permission for change of use but I liked the site so have used it for inspiration to show how I start a design from scratch in an empty site (https://www.onthemarket.com/details/13301212/).
Subscribe if you’d like to see more of my architecture designs and drop me a message via my website if you have a video idea, are looking for 1:1 design consultancy services, full architectural services, or plan sets for sale: www.gemmawheeler.co

  1. I love your work, both your reimagined spaces from old historical buildings and your innovative designs on paper/computer. I look forward to each of your new design videos. I also follow Escape to Rural France where Dan, the owner builder, is renovating a French Château by himself. I keep thinking how fun it would be to see how you would reimagine this Chateau.

  2. Interesting and appealing design. If needed, "handicap mobility" would require some modifications but, still, an appealing design.

  3. I wish I had your talent, training, and experience. It's so interesting to go with you as you describe your process to the end result. Thanks!

  4. Each time I watch one of your designs evolve I learn new and very useful guidlelines for developing my own style. Blessings

  5. I just found your channel today. I’m an architect in the States and find a refreshing creativity in your problem solving. Such functional and aesthetically pleasing projects. Thank you for sharing your talent – I’m looking forward to seeing more of this kind of content.

  6. TBH never been a fan of free-standing baths, but can totally see myself whiling away the hours in that one 🙂
