Fantastic Bonsai progress in JUST 4 months :)

Four months of fantastic Bonsai Progress in the Retreat. A comprehensive look at how good and bad my pruning and styling decisions have been. This is the video for you, if you want to know if ‘hard pruning’ pays off…

A big thank you to Nigel@TheBonsaiZone , Peter@HeronsBonsaiUK and Sam@SamDoeckeAussiebonsaibloke for the confidence to follow their advice on my Ficus, Azalea and Olives.

  2. I really like the first dwarf azalea you showcased ! So nice looking. Lovely video as always.

  3. I'm one of the ones that have joined you from Tony's channel. I had watched a few of your videos before, but was subscribed until now.

  4. Big congratulations on 2000 subs and hahahaha love the impersonation and thanks so much for the shout out. I always like to have fun with it and have in a way developed a certain style. But you've nailed it Xav! Excellent 👍
A very nice video and looks like you have a lot of your mic issues sorted. I'm experimenting with a mic myself, which isn't going well. What kind of mic do you use Xav and how does it connect? USB?
    Cheers
    Gav

  9. i would say there are only good pruning decisions in this video, just my opinion. always happy to see the silverberry and hear your endorsement. it just doesn't make sense why they aren't on all bonsai benches.

that jwp looks great, i love its current form
