  1. I buy bread in the freezer section because I have to go gluten free, it’s a lot cheaper and the brand is o’Dough , it’s a vegan bread, something to look for if you’re interested

  2. Lemon juice is very good for you. Look up the benefits of lemon juice and fat burning. It helped me reduce my weight. Lemon juice and honey everyday.

  3. Marigolds are easy to grow from seed too. Every petal on the flower is a seed. Pop the spent flowers off and dry them then store them in a cool dry place and they will be ready to plant when you want. They also have carb smart wraps that are keto friendly.

  4. We hit 102 today.Reba wont even go out to pee. The garden looks absolutely gorgeous. We have property in Heber springs. Yea

  5. Buy a couple loaves of Keto bread when you see it and freeze a loaf. I freeze bread all the time and it doesn't taste any different to me.

  6. Shade cloth is the way to go! I use it also, keeps some greens from bolting to soon as well.
Enjoy your fresh veggies, and you know exactly what went into them.

  7. Gosh, the garden looks great. Once the puppies are gone, I forget what you said you were doing with their area. Whatever it is, I know it will be well thought out!!!

  8. Your garden looks mahhhvelous. Looks like you're going to have a bountiful season. Hugs to Y'all Ü

  9. You are going to have a good crop of tomatoes. Wow they are looking good. EnjoyβœŒοΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έβ€οΈ

  10. Mije, I grow everything from seed, and I don't have a greenhouse. Just east and south facing windows. I set up my trays with the covers on tv trays ! Nothing like tomatoes and peppers in your bedroom window!! Works for me. Great garden you've got there. I'll have to look into that shade cloth, wonder if it would help reduce all the rain we're having. All the blooms are rotting and falling off. Mother Nature grrr

  11. Spinach wraps are my favorite. Turkey lettuce iin the wrap. πŸ˜‹If you have a Aldi they should have keto bread. At least mine does. I think it $4
    Garden is looking good πŸ‘

  12. I live in north Florida and my garden gets full sun until about 3pm. I watch the soul too. I dont want the garden to dry out.

  13. Your garden is doing so well this year bcuz you are putting in the effort and you put on some mulch and added some compost to beef up the quality of the soil. Your plants are showing you love bcuz you've been showing them some love. That huge beef steak tomato πŸ… really is making my mouth water. Love tomato sandwiches.

  14. I love tomatoes! And I love sandwiches in the summer and all year long. I had a couple of stents put in earlier this year and I altered my diet drastically. I cut way way down on my bread intake for quite a while but now I still allow myself a sandwich once a day if I want. It seems like good whole wheat bread in moderation isn't too bad. I've lost between twenty and twenty-five pounds and I'm not a heavy guy. Garden's looking great! Hope everything goes well with getting rid of the puppies.

  15. Dear Mick If the vegetables look good in the evening as I saw in the video, there is no need to water them twice a day. Morning watering is definitely enough, especially when there is mulch on top of the soil. I also grow vegetables in pots with a light and drained mixture and I water only once and without mulch. The potting soil is moist enough in my pots. There is a fear of excess water from which it is more difficult for the plant to recover than when it is thirsty.
The bigger the pot, the longer it retains moisture.
