Garden Plans

Pickled rats tail radish and June garden plans

This afternoon I take you along with the first garden canning of the year. Pickled rats tail radish! Turned out great. Then it’s a rundown of what’s getting started in June for the garden. Lots of tomatoes and cucumbers!

Welcome to my channel. My name is Ashley. I’m so glad you stopped in today to say hi. This channel is about my adventures on my five acre homestead up in the ozarks of Arkansas. It took many sacrifices, tears, and beads of sweat to move across the country from Oregon to this beautiful slice of heaven on earth. And I sure hope you will stay awhile and watch us build this farm into a farm that feeds our bodies as well as our souls. Please make yourself comfortable and pull up a chair in my garden, my barn, and my home.

  1. Looking forward to seeing the rest of gardening and preserving. Kinda like pepper jelly? Goes well over cream cheese and eaten on crackers.
