I don’t know if your corn will pollinate… 🤔but you can alway shake off pollen from one plant & dust it on to silk strings of several other corns…( i call it- ‘F’n the corn!’😂)
I would also suggest trying a root vegetable like carrots, if they start early you can pull them when the pot is crowded & then add a little more soil.
