Time to buy massive pottery kimchi pots and use all of those extarneous large cabbage, kale etc leafy vegs and root vegs – and pickle/brine them in the ground. No waste – all used. Lactofermented pickled vegs are an excellent probiotic veg food.

I love the song Peaches by The Presidents of the United States of America. The lead singer once heard a homeless man say that he wants to move to the country and eat a lot of peaches. That’s how the song Peaches was born.

If you ever have room for another peach tree I highly recommend the Indian Blood Free. It's an heirloom variety more than two centuries old with marbled red and white flesh like no other kind. The red component tastes like cranberry juice and the white like peach ice cream.
