A Stone Grist Mill has been one of Danny’s desires for many years. The Meadows mill is around 80 years old and in good working order. Mickey went to NC to pick it up and deliver it to MS. Thanks Mickey and Kathy for helping make this possible.

That was nice for them to do that for you. As a note, the Cub's PTO runs backwards from normal PTOs. Not sure if that will matter with the mill or not.

I tell you what, that made me almost cry. So glad you got your mill! You do so many things for people and don’t expect any return…and that’s why you deserve the returns…..It’s good to see people who are men of their word….I’m eighteen and I’ll tell you, a lot of people in my generation don’t value honesty. There’s a few people I know but it’s sad to say even people I call friends I can’t trust them to do what they say. Praise my Father in Heaven that I can put my trust in Him! i can remember the Grist mill in my small town in S.C. I was a boy in the 50s and 60s Daddy would grind white corn for us and yellow for the dogs……In the 50s and early 80s there was was field corn called Dixie 18 that grew that tall……They would strip the leaves off the corn to feed the few cows and hand brake the corn for the hogs and chickens……
