we finally have some rain , my water was getting low. My wild blackberry's look good a lot of flowers, about 4 days ago it was hard to find a bee now there are 1,000's of bees .if there is one thing in life that is constant it's Change ….Terry you all have a good day

Great update Terry those korabi are huge are they just regular seeds for them?
Just a tip Terry – Blocking 14 and Blocking 4
There are two main cultivars of Symphytum uplandicum: Blocking 14 and Blocking 4, named for Blocking, England where they were developed.
Blocking 14 is sterile and does not produce seeds. The only way to propagate it is through divisions and root crowns. Trials have shown it has a high level of potash which makes it great as a mulch for tomatoes or a compost addition.
Isn't it amazing how we can water but something about the rain really perks plants up. You do have some gorgeous plants. Beautifully done, my friend.

Hi Terry, Matt in Sydney here, I enjoy your you tube very much. I am a nursery horticulturist by trade, but I love looking a what others do, especially when itโs winter here. I wonder if in 10 years you and the UK will be like me. Six thousand litre rainwater bladders under the house and all vegetable beds are wicking beds with mulch on them. Water is so precious when itโs scarce.
Things are looking good in spite of the heat. Great to hear Allan is well, miss but totally understand.
That kohlrabi is massive!!

What depth are the watering tubes in the raised beds for courgettes please definitely one for next year
Iโve noticed quite a few volunteer comfrey plants springing up in different parts of my allotments this year. Iโm guessing the seeds are spread by birds and that the conditions this year have favoured more germinating. Got our first rain for a month this weekend – hurrah! No outside watering for at least a week. Your allotments look great.

Happy belated Fatherโs Day Terry & thank you for the tour. No rain here yet sadly, last time it rained was in early May. However there was some heavy showers about 10 minutes away from me on route to taking daughter to college. 24 hours later and the grass verges already started to bounce back to life going from yellow brown to hints of green. Keep up the good work – G&B Allotments ๐จโ๐พ
Plot looking good after that little bit of rain, we had a little on Sunday and Tuesday and I can think how quick the weeds go. The birds have had 90% of my gooseberries, lettuce has done well this year seeing that I throw the seeds in. Keep it up.
