Can it be saved? My friend brought her golden pothos that she had for several years growing as a single vine. In the last few months, there seemed to be a steady decline in its vitality – losing leaves rapidly. By the time I saw it, there was just one leaf with an impressively long vine. Rescue strategy: we cut up the vine into 6″ sections, each having 2-3 nodes. I instructed her to put the sections into water in the hopes that they’ll root. And just so I could monitor the progress, I took a small section of the vine myself. Curious to see if this works – have you ever successfully sprouted a pothos vine without any leaves?
