Thank you Dr Sherry – I think something along the lines of a group chat with a "secure app" (whatever that means nowadays) is likely the best way to have people communicate in different locations. I know Rob Braxton has done uploads about options in that sphere so I'll go back to those to see which ones are best for this purpose.

Plan A – Establish and Declare your Natural Law Private Trust, which is non-statutory, not taxable, no reporting requirements.
Plan B – startup a UBO, A “UBO” is an “Unincorporated Business Organization” that must be carefully established via its self-owning irrevocable trust declaration document.
Plan C – retire your self from Commerce as you place your assets into this trust, making a contract to use an asset but not have to own that asset yourself. You become grantor and trustor and donor and appoint trustee and successor trustee.
Plan D – make your Trust own a UBO. Do your necessary commerce this way.
