Your potatoes are looking great! You definitely need to add a little more soil, I thought you said you were going to pull them out and add more soil a month ago LOL. Thanks for the garden update. As gardeners we learn something new every year and get better and better at it as we move forward and it becomes more rewarding.
Bolting Radishes? You can enjoy the flowers, the flowers will produce seedpods that are edible when young. After the seeds mature they can be used as the seeds for the next radish crop. For me it's usually in the fall.

I have problems with squirrels and chipmunks.
I use "pea gravel" and "grit" to mulch my flower pots and garden.
