Edible Gardening

Moving Days | Transplanting Plants | How we Feel about ALL of This | Elizabeth’s DIY Home & Garden

Welcome, welcome! Thank you for being here! Welcome back to the farm, ya’ll!! This video follows along as we get through 2 huge moving days and then some highlights from day 3 and 4 as my husband finished other smaller loads. I also went back on day 3 to dig up my plants and fruit trees from the other house and bring them back to the farm. A long and exhausting process but my hubby and our teenage kids were major all stars throughout the whole process!

  1. Yes, I understand about priorities changing. Honestly, skipping a growing season isn't a bad thing. If you see your way clear for gardening next year, that will give you time to plan. Homesteading with animals, gardening, preserving, raising kids…..each is a full time job. No one asked, but if you did, I'd say do what feels good, relax, don't feel a need to justify. Be all you can be. Resting and enjoying your hubby and children can't be replaced by tomatoes, green beans, and meat in the freezer. HA I'll be interested to hear what you guys decide, ultimately. xoxo Love ya all the way from Ohio. It's all good, girl…it's all good. xoxo

  2. I watched several of your videos now I already checked in as one of your followers so hopefully will be seeing a lot more of you in the future and the progress on your beautiful home. Hugs and kisses from grandma, Sandy, and Debbie.

  3. You are not going to believe it. I live in Southern California and it is freezing cold here. We haven’t hardly seen any sun in a week that hard to believe and of course we are not human here either I can only imagine how hot and hard it is to do moving in this heat.

  4. Oh my gosh, that dog and cat are so cute together. Thanks so much for sharing. Worked out really great didn’t you guys really put a lot of for thought into this move hugs and kisses from grandma Sandy and Debbie. See you in the next video.
