  1. I've been using tulle as insect netting – even covered a small green house frame with it. Our winds tipped it over once.
I did not know that peas don't need pollinators… interesting. Birds have been a problem.. but also bunnies and those long legged rodents, most call deer. The bunnies some how get under my hoops. I think there are too many of them for the barn cat to keep up with.
I lost the tops off a bunch of flowers and all my amaranth last night… Billy's bone sauce is on the way – right after I found so many tops munched off.
The pests I just can't get rid of are fire ants.

It's a good thing Tuck is a little guy.. I can't imagine how much garden would be snacks if he were say, a St Bernard.

  2. Thanks James! You inspired us last fall. We mulch almost the entire backyard. Our food forest is in its 1st year but it’s looking good.

  3. great video as always, any advice on getting rid of thrips, ive been growing peppers and as soon as i put them out in pots on my balcony they destroy the young shoots and the plant stops growing. being in spain i cant get certain sprays any advice would be apreciated. they really fucked my season so far lol all my peppers are dead.
