“Each year when the Hydrangeas bloom, I am reminded again of their stunning beauty. Hydrangeas are one of my favorite plants because they’re so versatile. You can enjoy them indoors as a long lasting houseplant and them shift them outside and enjoy them as a flowering shrub for years to come.”

There's such a dearth of gardening shows on TV…I'm so glad to have this to watch on youtube. Now I have a much better understanding of how to treat my hydrangeas.

P. Allen Smith is my go to gardener. I've watched his show for years & love every episode. I have just received my very first Hydrangea from my husband for my birthday. It's a Pinky Winky Panicle Hydrangea. First place I went to to learn about the care of these beautiful plants is P. Allen Smith gardening. Great video! I learned a bunch & enjoyed a few laughs! Thank you Allen & staff! Thumbs up! :):)
What a beautiful show & feel very warm welcome and informative. 😊 😊
Great info. Helps me a lot with my hydrangea babies!
Hello A.P. Smith. I am 62. My DREAM is to have u Design my Two bedroom Home someday. I have been watching u for years. You Are My Favorite Home Interior, outdoor person. I Love You!, Your work. Thanks for “All“ you do as far as design. We have vibrant colors in common as well. I learned so much from watching.
This was great. You shine with an audience. Your lecture on hydrangea helped and I'll watch it again. Q&A was excellent. My advice is to do these lectures more often.
I don't watch all that often, since I'm way up here in Canada zone 5-6, but sometimes it's relevant enough!
Makrofeella not faila, ahaha
What do you FEED the hydrangeas with?
Thank you for your spectacular video!!
The best video about hydrangeas!
Great information! Thank you thank you!
Can hydrangeas be used as houseplants
I can’t wait to grow peonies. So beautiful
Love all the types of hydrangeas. Is it a tree or bush ?
Allen Smith officially turned me into a gardener. One look at his blue chiffon Rose of Sharon and it was all over.
Gorgeous, hydrangeas, I love them!
I just love him! 🥰 😂 Like how he says, “poor hydrangea’s fault” and almost in the same breath drags the plant by the stem. 😭 His plants are so strong!
Lovely
PAS is such a delight to watch!
I took some Hydrangea cuttings in October 2017. I have them today together in my garden and on the top of my channel homepage.
I always enjoy watching your videos very informative. Thanks for sharing😁

What fertilizer and schedule for fertilizer when hydrangea is in pot?
Court tv
How do you keep deer away from them
I added oak leaf hydrangeas to my garden last year. They EXPLODED in growth in a year and look fabulous in my woodland garden. I'm so pleased to learn that they're native! 😁😁😁
Thank you for your information. I went crazy buying every Hydrangea
Last summer I just Love Love love love them. I also subscribed to your channel. Sincerely
Patricia Ann Griggs 👧💚💚💚
Excellent.
Great information! Thank you!
Terrific & helpful presentation! What is the liquid fertilzer you use? It doesn't seem to be listed. I purchased a house with lace-head hydrangea which appears to be a Fuji Waterfall. The blooms are mostly white with a tinge of blue which I like. So don't want to change the color, just feed the plant.
Love hydrangeas in all colors!! Loved this episode. I had watched it back in 2019. It's great to be able to watch again. Could you please tell me what the oil is you put on your plants for winter?
Hi I'm from Florida and I have a blue hydrangeas the flowers are turning green what am I doing wrong I just got it from lowes
Dormant oil
I needed this. Thanks!!!
I love you so much P. Allen 🧡
My mom used to bury old cans next to the bush.this was in the 1950s.
Thanks for the video. Beautiful flowers.
I'm not sure the name of my hydrangea. It has a variegated leaf. And it does not get big and round it stays flat the bloom does.. but I have a problem I have a mimosa tree growing in the middle of my plant. I know that I might have to dig it up. What do I do I don't want to kill it
Ok so I bought the Endless Summer Hydrangea and was so happy. I followed directions and planted it in a pot. After doing so, it was on the NW side although party shaded, but seemed to need water frequently from the heat. I moved the pot to a more shady spot, but it’s ETX and temps have been 100. I’ve watered daily and it’s still sad and wilted in the evening. Two days I planted it in the ground and used the hydrangea food, watered it in and it’s on the east side and sad. It’s been in a pot until I just put it in the ground. Should I put it back in the pot? I’m stumped 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Fantastic video blessed flowers wonderful information about everything im a first time hydrangea owner in a container, you have a great accent and sense of humour..X🇬🇧
How do you deal with deer… I’m worried if I plant some they’ll be gone 😩
