You boil it in water to the leaves are soft then you take your teeth onto the leave and scrape off the yummy part stick when you get in the middle there’s what’s called a heart of the artichoke and that taste the same but you have a big chunk of it one of my favorite things

I was disgusted the first time I saw an Artichoke being “trimmed”. Such a waste.
