It has been said that propagation in water is not necessary because roots formed under water are not the same as those formed in soil. I say this: trying to keep soil at just the right moisture while the cutting roots doesn’t look half as awesome as a propagation station. Thus, propagation by first rooting in water still works and is far more instagrammable.
