    I’ve heard of using the food grade desiccant packets in with the seeds in glass or plastic bottles. I see you don’t do that. How can I make sure the seeds are thoroughly dried so, it will not be necessary to use those packets or do you feel they are not necessary? I appreciate your time and help.

    I've collected some seeds from jalapeño and serrano pepper that I bought from the store. They seemed not so mature seeds. Is it still be okay? Also, how many days will it take for the seeds to completely dry? They seem dried after 2,3 days.
