Do you need more edible plants in your life but can’t (or don’t want to) spend $50 for each one at the nursery? You need to try propagating from cuttings! It *can* be difficult, but in this video we go through every step of the easiest way to clone expensive, edible perennial plants from cuttings.
Let’s propagate some plants together!

Thanks a lot fot the useful explanation most interesting. Watching from MALTA eu
I have found as long as your donating plant has been fed in the week before having its parts cut for propagation, there is no need for rooting hormone. Unless you KNOW the cuttings are very difficult to propagate, there is no need for rooting hormone .
How long ago did you take the cuttings? To give us an idea of how long the rooting takes. Nice video btw!
Good vid, mang.
great video with a lot of infos, thanks from IT
The advice I've seen for propagating in the past recommended not putting your plants directly into the container of hormone, but pouring some out into another container instead… which has honestly wasted me a lot of the powder. Have you ever seen any problems from dipping right into the container it came in?
Easy propagation? I'm all in.
1625 Aloe plants create little pups. Pull and plant. Mulberry is super easy to propagate, similar to figs. Pineapple tops. Cut off the tops. Remove some of the bottom leaves to expose the base to the soil. Stick in dirt. Tomatoes. Pull of young suckers. Place in a pot. Immortal tomatoes! That's all I could think of so far. 🙂
Lilacs are very easy to start from cuttings. I didn't succeed with my grapes, but I may try again because I didn't know about stripping the stem. Thanks for the video.
Wow, didn't know it was that easy! Looking forward to your ornamental plants propagation
