Faced with a world that risks becoming polarized between two rival alliances, one led by the United States, the other by China and Russia, Hall GARDNER offers an original reflection on the need to formulate a new strategy for global governance. On the eve of the conflict in Ukraine (video filmed on 26.01.2022) and in the face of numerous challenges, ranging from global warming to the upheavals of liberal democracies, the challenges to be met are numerous for the American and European continents, which must rethink their collaboration to this end.
