Those are its seeds/kernels w/e they would be called… I think seeds
Definitely part of the raspberry plant. Not a botanist so I couldn’t tell you for sure what part….but if food contamination is your worry than rest assured that a) mold in raspberries doesn’t look like that and b) I’ve eaten thousands of raspberries with those in the course of my life and never once had an issue.
