April Front Yard Garden Tour | Best Perennials Every Garden Should Have!

Here’s a great video for anyone planning on heading to their local nursery to buy plants…Today I’ll be doing my first spring April garden tour, pointing out the best perennials (that I feel) every garden should have if you’re not really sure what to get – especially if your garden is in zone 4-9. Over the years, I’ve planted and cared for dozens of plant species – most with great success and others…not so well. I’ll show you some of my year-after-year favorites as well as some that look like they might not have survived this past Winter. Either way, this overview, along with insights regarding my personal experience with dozens of different plants, may save you both time and money on your next trip to the nursery. So time for me to get up, get out and get active walking around my front yard with you.

  1. I heard you say that you love the fern in your garden but some say not all are so much for them. I have two ferns planted in my garden and I took really like them. I really did not research their rooting before I planted them if you have any pros or cons to pass along I would love to hear them.

  2. Hi Juanita. I always love your tours of the flower gardens. It has been so cold, windy, and rainy here in Indiana that I still have not put my flowering plants in my new garden area. They are all gathered on the covered front porch, which I must say looks very pretty. We had frost last night…geez. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

  3. Juanita your garden is always so beautiful. Love the wonderful variety of plants. Love and blessings ❤️❤️❤️

  4. I enjoyed your garden and the way you talked about each plant held my interest. Your voice is soft and gentle. Very nicely done

  5. I just came across your video today. Haven't never saw you before. I really needed this today, I need a giant jolt to get myself out in my yard and start cleaning some of my flowers beds and get my container garden in order. Love you little voice.❤
