堆肥をちゃんと使って野菜を栽培していて感心した。堆肥を使っている事を土の状態が示していますね。ちゃんとした調理道具と器を使って料理を作っていますね。いちごが実を付け熟すころには畝に藁を敷いてあげると良いよね。そうか彼女は藁ではなく枯れた松の葉を敷いたんですね。このVTRは優れたマイクを使っているので環境音が良く入っています。

Trai. I am a follower of your Farm and have n e v e r seen you tease your animals as your sister does. Please teach her not to tease hers as she has been doing!? When it comes to pets I dislike anything like that and will say so. Perhaps you can counsel her on how NOT to be doing that especially bother cat! This is not right to do and she is old enough to know that? 😊

You’ve been doing very well on this farm Son Thon. Before your brother Trai lived here, he used to go swimming in the lake, or camping out in nearby forest, took time building house , kitchen, bathroom, etc…so he couldn’t do as much planting as you do right now 😅. You’ve been spending much more time on this farm, and also Trai started all the difficult steps to set up readily for you to continue on successfully! He must be very proud his sister! 😍🌷

I know this may sound like a silly question but…why is tofu always cut by hand? In any oriental cooking video that I have seen, it is always cut by holding it on the palm of the hand. Is there a logical motivation behind this gesture (I don't know, like that on the wood of the chopping board it changes its flavor and the tradition remains even if chopping boards of different materials are used) or is it just a scenic thing?
