Container Gardening

Garden Day! (before the freeze)

It’s been three weeks since I’ve seen y’all here on the channel – and the day I filmed this was the big GARDEN DAY! We planted so many things just before the big freeze.

  1. GLAD you're back home safe and sound, as well as making this video! To answer your question – yes, there are several things I'm trying to grow this year that I haven't before – Raspberry Daiquiri Agastache, Blue Borage and Roma Tomatoes.

  2. Great to see you back in your garden. I'm growing potatoes, beetroot , red onions, peppers and pickling cucumbers all for the first time! ahhh lol Question for you, once you plant your potatoes (in the spring, in grow bags) how often should you water them?

  3. Thanks for your films very helpful
Trying to grow an Aubergine in a wee plastic greenhouse in Central Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 for the first time !
    We shall see 😊

  4. Lovely to see you back, hope you enjoyed your visit back to your home land. I'm going to see if I can grow at least one kalette plant in a container. The reason being I have been taking part in the Kalette crazy challenge, but our allotment site is under threat and we're having to vacate the site by November ( we're fighting it so hoping I will see the kalettes come to fruition) but if we do lose the allotments I hope I can grow at least one kalette plant at home. I've never had much luck growing Brussel sprouts so I'm trying Kalettes to see if I can be successful with them.
