Helping James and Anisha Find a Home in East London | Location Location Location | All Homes

Kirstie and Phil are in urban east London and the rural Essex countryside, helping two couples who know exactly what they want and are not afraid to say it. In Essex, Kirstie is working with a £1,000,000 pot to find Tom and Lisa a family home. In East London, design-conscious couple James and Anisha have been searching for their first home together for almost two years. Can Phil help them out?

Property professionals like Phil Spencer and Kirsty Allsopp know all the secrets of successful house-hunting: being clear about what you want, aiming high and, above all, being prepared to compromise.
Our experts work to a brief of must-have attributes: number of bedrooms, character property or new build, but the most important aspect is always… Location, Location, Location! From auction houses and estate agencies to websites and word-of-mouth, they leave no stone unturned in their quest for the best. They then have the unpredictable task of showing the house hunters around a shortlist of properties that appear to fit the bill. Will they have judged their tastes correctly? Do these people even know what they want?

  1. You know what I love about Kirstie, EVERYTHING. I would love a person like that to help me! It is a rareity to come across honesty, when house buying! Cheers Kirstie. ❤❤👍👍

  2. Fantastic video😊 regardless of the economic slump, I'm so happy I have been earning $ 40,000 returns from my portfolio income every 13days.

  3. It was lovely to see two different situations where people needed a slight push by seeing homes that almost fit their briefs but required them to think hard and long about their priorities and the possibilities.
Hurray for Kirstie's and Phil's wisdom. They did not tightly confine themselves to the request lists and had different takes on how the clients could be satisfied by exploring around the edges of their briefs.

  4. It was nice to see Lisa happy and smiling at the end. Finally, her forever home!

  5. I'm surprised that any of these couples made a decision. James looked angry and stressed all the time. Lisa looked like the weight of the world was on her shoulders. I was surprised of the ages of Tom and Lisa sons. Tom and Lisa looks great to have a teenager and preteen.

  6. I think you are kidding yourself if you think just moving to the country will help you chill out. Not if you work at home, that stress will follow you no matter where you live. Plus, you are adding an extra hour on the road every day to and from school.

  7. You can move into a home that you don't exactly feel comfortable in and make it your own. This woman needs a little bit of open-mindedness.

  8. As a realtor, If people looking at 50 houses and they haven't found anything yet that takes up a lot of time.

  9. A beautiful house with an annex five bedrooms and she's complaining cuz there's no office space or the airplanes overhead. She's so negative but she'll never find a house

  10. These people aren't thinking they're already over their budget and they have a whole garage to remodel.

  11. I used to live in much hadham near B.S and loved laying in the grass watching the planes amd imagine where they were going

  12. Gosh! Back to 2013, but a really engaging episode – shan't spoil it as it is a nailbiter! Thanks for sharing.

  13. Strange how people are affected by noise. I love it, I know I’m alive. I have planes flying over and the train line is a few hundred metres away, the other side of the fence. When I’m dead I will have as much peace and quiet as I could want.
