Slowly rebuilding my jungle: taking inspiration from @jamies_jungle, I’m using little 3M command hooks to affix the petiole to the wall (petiole: the stalk that connects the stem to the leaf blade). The stem (I sometimes call it the vine) is too thick to get through the hooks but I’m hoping that the aerial roots will eventually stick to the wall. I want to make this corner of the apartment a beautiful space where my wife can do her makeup in a jungle paradise! Many thanks to my friend @houseplantgal for raising and propagating such a healthy philodendron for me!
