I am a Filipina 11M pesos is fair enough, yes it is in the province but construction materials now a days are expensive. Plus when you build a house in the province, transport fees of materials are additional cost. Corey is the floor wood or engineered wooden flanks or tiles?

Moved from Indiana to Nevada then the Philippines…. We didn't like the humidity in the Philippines all year long and the noise is so annoying. Hubby said the truck stop in America is quiet than the Philippines…. So we came back to the states and back to the desert of America where humidity doesn't existed.

I saw your videos and they are great but your contractor and the website was blacked out.. was wondering if there is a dedicated site that lists land for sale and if there is a site to find contractors ? how did you go about finding someone to take on the project? Property is going off the charts when US dollar goes down when they (Europe, BRICS, Middle East) simultaneously dump the USD in the next weeks. Check what the Kenyan president said about the US Dollar. Wait for it then sell. But if you are buying it using your Dollar its best you buy it now when Dollar is still valuable.

Got the view of the beach and mountain on the other side!!!! 30k a month is about $550-600 a month. Thats iike 3-5 days of airbnb here in the u.s. 😅, talk about when i took my kids to a kid friendly hotel with a water park for kids and i spent almost 3k for a week for a hotel with no microwave 😂
