Growing Sweet Potatoes from Slips | Container Vegetable Gardening Gardening

In this video, I show how to grow sweet potatoes from slips. Slips are the stems that grow from an organic seed potato. When the slip grows to a length of 8-12 inches, it should be popped off from the seed potato, leaves stripped, then either planted straight away or placed in water to develop roots. The sweet potatoes in this video were grown in a grow bag. This is an easy method to grow, control, and easily harvest the sweet potatoes.
