I agree with Landon,s room with the loft.let him pick his own room. The little boys upstairs! Not near the first floor door,kitchen etc. I raised four boys and best they be upstairs.

The house is really nice and a pool real nice. …. Jamie you don't have a job. Omg how are you going to pay for this house. You have kids 50 percent of the time and ex husband as 50 percent of time so pays child support you pay each other or not at all renting that house would be soo much money rent would be over 2 grand a month .. and depending where you live allso …but how are you going to pay for this house child support for seven kids. That is aleast one thousand a week. !!! 😅😅 gd luck with the kids your boys that will be running up and down those stairs girls they will listen boys no they are very. High.mantince …gd luck Jamie. 😅😅

The room with the french doors i would leave as an entertainment room/hang out room…not sure i would put the little boys in that room..so close to the front door and also with glass doors in there. They are so adventurous and curious..not sure at their age they would appreciate the value of that beautiful room. Loft room for Landon and his friends. Hope you don't mind my input.

The loft room did not have a window and would be dangerous in a fire, plus the stairs are not easy to climb. I agree with your decisions. I enjoy your pleasant demeanor.
The rm with the loft would be perfect for Landons bed rm. And the boys could have the other bedrm. What about shaydens rm?!
Also on chickens….golden comets are AMAZING with kids and they r great layers. We have had them for 2 yrs now and we got twice as many this time.

Make that loft room Landons room he will get a hang out spot and a loft. The room you want to use for Landon can be the little girl's and the little boys can use the room next to Landon

1. Girls in Landon’s room and boys in girls room with Landon in the loft room. Then Shaydon could choose to be either with Landon or in the office.
2. All 5 quints in the master, Jamie in Landon’s room, Landon in the boys room and the loft room a play room for all.

I think the dining room ceiling is called coffered but I could be wrong. 5 bathrooms!!! Wow!
Personally I would not want any small kids right by the front door. I would make the downstairs room Landon’s. And I would make the room with two closets the little boys room. You could also make the upstairs big room Landon’s room AND the teen hangout room. Then the office downstairs could be a guest/office room. Congratulations on your new home!!!!

I'm so happy you get to buy it instead of renting. Perhaps you can stay there for some years to come and not have to move. You have been through so much the past 5 yrs from birth of quints, moving several times, surgeries, divorce, and Lord knows what else. May God bless you and your family.
