OK, help me out here. They installed a 13K sprinkler system throughout so the the back room could be a bedroom. Is it a bedroom? Is there a closet?

If I were one of those neighbors, I would have bought the lot just to have some space. I don't care what I would have had to do to get it.
However, it is a super charming house. I love the deck on the side and the loft area.
