  1. Thank you, so much, for all the great tips on planting. Beautiful
    Thanks again. 🙏👍🌷☘️🌺🌟❤️👏✝️

  2. Never learned how to plant gardens. Just threw seeds in the ground and prayed. Sadly most of the prayers were not answered 🤷‍♀️.

  3. We had our garden turned today. We are in East Tennessee and never plant anything until after April 15th. Been gardening for 35 years here and that’s what works for us. Happy Planting!

  4. Jinnie, I’ve been out in my courtyard redoing all my containers and elevated beds the last few days. It’s such a good feeling ❤

  5. I've been hobby gardening for 10 years. I purchased a pressure canner and I've doubled my garden space in the last 2 years. I'm going Big this year.

  6. Yes, my friend and I do that. She has strawberries and comfrey, I have elderberries. We usually trade, but this year, we traded starts! So I'll have strawberries for next year, and comfrey, she'll have elderberries. If one of us gets an extra big amount of produce, we share. She even loaned me pint jars she didn't need so I could finish my canning last year! She's a great friend❤

  7. I'm south of you in Massholeville. I planted my first Beans yesterday. I plan to plant more every 2 weeks

  8. I'll be planting some Squash this weekend indoors. Maybe Spinach outside since it's still cooler

  9. Every channel should. Show these kind videos. It’s so important. And how to do things. Do one by one. To help the all. people. Raise beds. I am looking for big time. Washington. State. We are all different. Keep this. Narotive. Show the the simple basics. Lol. We allllll need it. We need the how to. The very basics. And the soil. And fertilizer. Help. Lol. So we get something. Many are learning. Keep in mind. Of this. And composting. We all need a lot of basics. Basics. Help us. Soil. Is. Key. You feel.

  10. I have been pulling out pots I had stored away today planting herbs. I have tripled what had last year.

  11. Question for EVERYONE, if for some reason you can't get soil from the store, what do you plan on doing, what do you use since plants need different nutrients?

  12. Love Gardening, & I only have a balcony. Lol.
Got loads of seedlings to go out, been 8 & 9°C here in UK, but it's going up to the 12s & 13s next week, so I'm easing them outside on tea trays in the daytime, & bringing them in at night, for the next few days. It worked last year, so they weren't so shocked. 🤗
Looking forwards to seeing how your Garden grows Jinne.🌱
TFS HC, take care & keep really busy everyone. ❤🙂🐶

  13. Got potatoes, onion sets, onion seeds since don't germinate well inside as an experiment, mustard and lettuce in yesterday. Need to dig to see what else can go in. I have a bucket of seeds. Seems like we're getting less seed for a lot more. Garlic is up and lots of leaves. I put in woodash over the winter. Garlic is supposed to like ash. I do have Egyptian walking onions as I have problems getting good sized onions. Try something different every year. This time onion fertilizer and woodash in the soil. More compost was added in fall. I can will conquer those darn onions 😂.

  14. Looking at the sale ad here in South Dakota under a dollar. French onion chip dip.68. Bread, .99. Pizza sauce.49 15 oz.hunts ketchup. 20 oz .88. Just watch the ads.

  15. I love seeing you in the garden! My cabbage and broccoli are coming up already. In the house. Gardening is a process. You learn more all the time. I'm 65, have been gardening all my life, and I learn things every year. I encourage everyone to do what you can getting busy growing food.

  16. We have already planted onions, cabbage, green beans, pinto beans, beets and carrots. Got my herbs, tomatoes and peppers growing in the green house. Still have to get potatoes , corn and sweet potatoes in the ground. Praying for a good harvest! God bless!

  17. Question….So I container garden and do pretty well but do require thinks from the store like perlite, peat moss….if we could not get to a garden center to you have a good way to make suitable soil for your plants?

  18. Yesterday I planted peas, spinach, broccoli n cabbage seeds. I made a 2 1/2 foot hoop for cover because I am in Wis

  19. Thank you – was outside planting veggies yesterday. I also realized that my senior is graduating and we'll need some flowers, so I planted some flower seeds too. I like intermixing.

  20. I have found a soil tester to be a very helpful tool as I am still learning how to garden. I just learned how to make a slow release fertilizer from dried scraps: coffee grounds, banana peels and egg shells (potassium, calcium and nitrogen). We need all the skills to survive what's coming!

  21. We are in the Mid-South near Memphis. Garden is mostly in. Still waiting for squash and green bean seeds to come up in the house. We are doing raised beds this year. Tiller broke. Here in the South most people till the Land in a vary large area.. Can't this year. I have 18 – 5 gallon buckets with plants as well.

  22. I'll be starting my peas, beans and broccoli this week as soon as it stops raining 😔. God Bless you and your family from middle GA 🙏 Kendra

  23. I hope your seeds from the Dollar Store will come up. None of their seeds came up for me. When I planted another company’s seeds or those I saved from last year, they’ve grown very well.

  24. Hi, have you canned Artichokes?
Water/oil water bath or pressure canning? You do everything just looking for allite help.

  25. With the price of food these days, we are already trying to be more dependent on our garden food supply. Last year we canned over 600 jars of food and I have already canned 70 cans of meat and jelly this year from food that was in my freezer when it bit the dust!

  26. I've never planted anything in my life but I want to learn (which is why I'm watching every video on this that I can find). We're moving at the end of June – can I plant things in July? Or is that too late?

  27. I like your hair, it's cute and sassy. Great video. Can't wait till I get out in the dirt.

  28. Health issues have put me behind on planting on my patio- but I’m hitting it hard this week with everything I’ve got👍! It got me all excited again, watching you plant your seeds! I enjoy watching your videos and learning from you! Thank you so much for all your hard work❤️
