  1. 4/14/23…. Frugal Mommy….the New York Times today has an article about explaining the expiration dates on food and canned goods. Just what you have been saying all along that they are bogus in most cases. An example…. I found some Nathan's hot dogs in my freezer last week. They had "expired" in February 2021. I put them in a pot of boiling water to cook them and ate them for two lunches. I'm here a week later writing this message to you and everyone else so I must not be dead from eating " Oh my God!!! EXPIRED food!" Just thought you'd like to know that some of us don't believe all the "expired" bunk either. I grew up before "expired" food labeling. I'm sure my mother grabbed a can of soup from the pantry that had been in there a long time. Or dry pasta that had "gone bad" or God forbid "stale"! LoL! Guess my gut health is super human as a result! πŸ˜‚

  2. Aw, be careful FD! We don't want you hurt. What an amazing haul! You can keep the glove for pulling stuff out of the freezer. I can't get into our Aldi dumpster, my husband says he doesn't want to bail me out of jail if I get caughtπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. But I have scooped stuff off the top once! πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜…

  3. I drink organic milk (it reduced the amount of migraines I have – big time), if not open, it last long, but once you open it, it's about the same as regular milk

  4. LOL It's a tree skirt. You have it upside down. You put it around the base of your potted plant to dress it up, or around the bottom of a Christmas tree, ditto. πŸ˜‰
