  1. Hope you are feeling better, Ivana. I myself had an accident 3 weeks ago and dislocated my ankle as well as broke it on several smaller parts on the side. Outch. The only comfort is, that I can still knit while I heal. 🙂 Can`t wait to see the Mykonos footage. I was there with my family in the early 80s. Still have film on old Super8 Camera. One needs to use a recorder and a white screen to look at it. 🙂
I love the red of that yarn. Back in the day, camel fiber was really corse. I have a camel blanket from Egypt (where I was born). It is from the 60s, and so scratchy, lol. But it keeps one so warm. It is still in great condition and I use it as a throw on my bed in winter. It is brown-beige checkered in style, woven and somewhat felted, very heavy.
Huggs from Fairy Tale Cottage, Schurwald Forest, Germany. Happy Easter too. 🙂

  2. Loved this! Family and so comfy! I’m glad you had fun with your friend albeit a no sleep night! The red yarn is gorgeous!! I need to expand to bolder colors!! It is a beautiful Easter morning here in Virginia. Blessings for all that is good for you! What is recipe for Mario’s peas? Looked so yummy. Feel better too! I look forward to Mykonos vlog.

  3. That (new) red sweater will no doubt look gorgeous on you. So sweet to watch you saving plants, did the cactus survive?

  4. Enjoyed your company this afternoon so thank you for sharing your ideas and thoughts along the way. Take good care of yourself. ❤

  5. Enjoying your content 👍 wondered if you followed a pattern you could share for the grey 3/4 sleeve sweater you were wearing at the start of this podcast – really like the neckline❤thanks from NZ🇳🇿

  6. Your video was a lovely treat for Easter Day, exciting to hear you are thinking of creating a recipe for the beautiful raglan jumpers you make. I hope you feel better soon, look after yourself 😊❤

  7. The yarn colour is gorgeous. Thankyou for sharing. I have some handdyed roving I’m playing with spinning up. Would love to help test your new pattern when it’s ready. Take care.

  8. I just found your channel today! I enjoyed the episode. That red is gorgeous (and the food looked delicious). My eldest son has been planting and saving cactus lately so I told him about your rescue attempts; we're hoping it does well in its new home. I hope you feel better soon. Thanks for sharing with us.

  9. Ivana, wishing you a speedy recovery from your cold. That red yarn would be perfect for a vest with a black long sleeve top underneath

  10. I am so excited about you coming up with a basic recipe for your jumper. I have watched that video sooo many times when you explained what you did in order to create one for myself. I am not great a following patterns. I really just want a plan to work from as a format for repetitive use. I just love working with the yarn.

  11. Hi Ivana. I'm a true lover of cactuses. The white "moss" in the spike is probablu due to a parasit. It's quite hard to get rid of it. And you would probably need to get a chemical treatment.
But if the bottom of the cactus is dry, the best thing to do is to cut the "dead" part with a sharp knife. You simply let the scare dries outdoor until the surface sort of heal. Then, you just put the cut part on a blend of soil (1/3) and sand (2/3) and let the cactus grow new roots. And don't water it at all. It may take months but the cactus has enough sap inside to survive for months. The only problem can be the parasite if you can't get rid of it.
And then you would be able to put it in a pot (but not in a olastic one…. sorry for your collection 😉).
    Good luck for Spikky

  12. Hope you feel better soon ❤️‍🩹. I am really happy to hear you are going to make a pattern for your sweater. They are wonderful 👌

  13. Hi Ivana,
It's one of the best things in life, a nice dinner with friends and talking away endlessly and losing complete track of time. It just recharges us! I do miss it every now and then, and I have a few friends with whom I have lunch occasionaly but it's always kind of rushed. It's not perfect but it's something. I completely understand what you mean about long nights, my resistance is not what it used to be…
Loved the chatter before lunch with your family! <3
Too bad your jumper didn't work out, but I love the colour.
If you need any help with the instruction writting, I'd love to contribute with what I've learned with writting my own design patterns.
Hoping you get better soon from that cold.
    Kisses,
    Naná

  14. I love all your videos.. no matter the content, as it's a story you tell. Also looking forward to your 'recipe' for a sweater 🫶

  15. Oh you poor thing Ivana, nothing worse than getting a cold and feeling ill. I hope you are feeling well again now. I can’t stay up all night anymore, definitely an age thing for me. We moved to the beach six years ago and I used to be a night owl but I’ve turned into a morning person because being down the beach for sunrise is so magical. I never thought I would enjoy early mornings, but it means I end up in bed very early 😬 I’m getting old 🤭 What fun it is catching up with a girlfriend and chatting away, I know how the hours can pass by. Thanks for the fun, Karen 😘

  16. I am a recent member of your world. You may have done it in the past but can you tell me who you are? I am Sophie from New York City.
