  2. Love your humor. Wasn't expecting that. Still laughing at the thought. Great job. Love your videos. keep up the great work

  3. Nice video, when I plant I put a spoon full of triple super phosphate in the whole it works great.

  4. Would powered egg shells work as well for tomatoes? I have an abundance of egg shells and would like to use them to add calcium to the raised beds I have.

  5. Bone meal made a huge difference in last year's garden, but didn't realize the re-application possibilities. Thanks for the info! Picked up some grafted Purple Cherokees and German Johnson's from Lewis Farms in Ogden and hope they do as well as before. Cheers!

  6. Thanks MG for another informative video. I didn’t know this is how you apply bone meal, down around the roots and above layer. Learning more about how the bone meal needs to get mixed in and slowly broken down first before the plant can take them up great advice. I also learned to optimally, fertilize several weeks before planting during the break down period, if possible so the soil is ready. All good stuff to know.🌱
    From CA🏖️take care.

  7. I plant my Tomatoes, and actually, all my Veggies with seed In-Ground (No Transplanting).

When should I add Bone Meal, especially the Tomatoes?

    Thanks!

  8. "Pretend its the 80s"!!!! hahaha. Listening on Easter here: Maybe just seems funnier!!

  9. Wonderful information, what would be the process for trees that are already planted?

  10. Hey dude. Helpful tip, take it or leave it. When giving Dale treats… instead of holding the treats in between your fingers, put the treat in your open palm.
    Trick of the trade.

  11. I enjoy your videos and they are very helpful, however I hate the slaughter house industry, the horrors that go on there and will never support it in any way by purchasing any of it's products. I'm sure I can still produce tons of tomatoes anyway.

  12. So use approximately 1 – 2 Tablespoons per tomato plant?
We use compost as a fertilizer.
I think we need to buy organic fertilizer such as you demonstrated.
    Thank you.

  13. I love the way that you don’t waste time or words and just get right down to your message! I just recently discovered you, and you are becoming my fave!
